Facilitation & Event Production

We engage diverse stakeholders in dynamic, participatory processes to exchange knowledge and perspectives towards the definition of strategic, holistic solutions to recurring challenges. We bring decades of experience and lessons learned from convening online, face-to-face, and hybrid events to the design of all our meetings, events, and decision-making processes.

Learning & Knowledge Management

We work with programs, organizations, and networks to assess their internal and external knowledge sharing behaviors, channels, and existing gaps in order to design knowledge management strategies, systems, and processes that respond to strategic learning needs.

Strategy & Planning

We work with organizations and networks to design and implement adaptive strategies to achieve their medium- and long-term aspirations for change. We support our clients to clearly articulate the impacts, changes, and results they are striving to achieve, while taking into account principles of sustainability, inclusion, ownership, gender equity, and intercultural approaches.

Organizational & Capacity Development

We support organizations to assess and leverage their information, knowledge, and capacities to implement more effective strategies and achieve better outcomes. We design engaging, non-traditional educational processes, team-building techniques and materials to develop the skills, know-how, and competencies that respond to organizational and/or project needs.

Coaching

We engage decision makers in coaching programs to support shifts in organizational culture. One of our founding members, Aimee Maron, is a certified Master Integral Coach™ from Integral Coaching Canada Inc.

Evaluation

We design evaluation systems, indicators, metrics, and studies that allow organizations to reflect and adapt their ongoing or future interventions to yield more effective and efficient results.

With Individuals

Integral Coaching® 

Integral Coaching® is considered developmental coaching because it focuses on supporting clients to develop a new way of seeing the world, of being in the world, and of doing things. The method starts by  inviting each client to see how they are currently showing up (allowing for more self-awareness). This helps to create the space for honoring their current way of being in the world, while also recognizing how it has held them back from achieving something deeply important to them.

Each Integral Coaching® program is made up of a series of tailored practices that supports each client to make intentional, embodied shifts. These shifts tend to be subtle and happen over a period of time. This particular type of coaching balances a beautifully creative process with a rigorous, grounded method that guides the process behind the scenes. Aimee Maron, one of Co-Inside’s founders is certified as an Master Integral Coach from Integral Coaching Canada Inc. She has a successful track record supporting NGO and private sector leaders, change-makers, and young professionals to develop the confidence and skills needed to more gracefully navigate the everyday challenges that emerge in their individual lives as well as those facing their communities, societies, and the world at large.
